Intense, savory nose. Lots of black olive, crushed gravel, iodine, some sweet cassis. Leaner-styled in the mouth, with a nice attack that features loads of dry gravelly notes and savory flavors. Still a bit of tannin left, this wine still has a few more peak years left.
