Petit Syrah/Zin heavy Napa field blend. 14.4%. Dark fruits, pepper, some tannin but not excessive, it's a big wine but isn't the punch in the face i thought it was going to be, some balance here. Day 2 even better, earth showing over fruit.

Reminiscent of California Italian blends. Pronounced chewy black and dark fruits. Great with or after a medium to heavy meal. Finish lingers pleasantly and never varies from the mouth feel and taste. Maybe a hair pricey which for me knocks its rating done a tiny bit.
