Marshmallow middle makes my mouth mellow. As the sip spreads it's all lofty foam breaking over the cliff of my tongue. Some of the wave cap residue lingering with a chiffon of the most potent part of the sip. Petrol, spice, aperol, raspberry stem are some other hints I detect. An enjoyable wine but with a little more heat than I like.

Entry point wine for Elizabeth Spencer. Simple and sweet with a little gaminess. If I didn't overdo it with @S.R.Alexander yesterday I'd probably eat it with my skirt steak tonight 😲🤐
