Nose of chilled ripe pineapple, marshmallow colada. The ambrosia each sips offers blends peach, coconut and lime peel. I've had man wines from Languedoc and this lovely little tart offers every floral symphony, bite and balance I expect from this region. Better served on the porch with friends instead of with food. — 8 years ago
A winemaker blend to give to your hardcore red wine loving friends. I know because I did it twice with applause and follow-up texts proclaiming, "what is the magic juice you just bestowed upon me?!" A symphony of varietals blended to accentuate each grapes unique offering. Yes, Valdiguie is heavy handed here but I can taste the Velcro of the dolcetto the silk berry of the negroamaro and the cream of the Mouv. Simply a pleasant ruminating berry tea experience. Buy no fewer than a case. — 8 years ago
Pretty, fun, unpretentious, young --- great PetNat showing. Lovely brunch wine sprinkled with honeysuckle, mandarin, lime peel and hops. Beer lovers will find it appealing. — 8 years ago
This review is for the Trousseau Gris: Talk about delectable. This one is grace in a bottle. Stunning nose decked with salinity, lime peel, cherry blossom...subtle, inviting, an invitation to taste. The sip is marshmallow, a hint of that peel, chamomile and mignonette sauce. Pair with oysters! — 8 years ago
The peel is real on this natural Chard. Nose was undetectable until I stuck my actual nose deep in the glass and toik a deep breathe then wafts of jasmine, shale, mountain rock and deep blue sea air hints. Completely unprepared for the deep citrus peel layers - lime making its way to the edges of my mouth... The finish warm on the back of my throat with a perfect balance of smoke and acid. The wine I would definitely squirrel away offshore in preparation for divorce because I want the whole bottle to myself. — 8 years ago
Marshmallow middle makes my mouth mellow. As the sip spreads it's all lofty foam breaking over the cliff of my tongue. Some of the wave cap residue lingering with a chiffon of the most potent part of the sip. Petrol, spice, aperol, raspberry stem are some other hints I detect. An enjoyable wine but with a little more heat than I like. — 8 years ago

I opened this bottle fast and slurped down the first sip... It's a foggy Friday in July and I'll be damned if I don't take this opportunity to leave the white in the fridge. It lived up to all my expectations: approachable, hints of black olive on nose and sip, round beautiful balanced fruit and a mouthfeel fit for the table. It paired perfectly with fresh buckwheat pasta, shiitake mushrooms and lots of Parmesan. Thanks, Kermit! — 8 years ago
Ripe pear on the nose, orangina finish and a savory tangy tarragon blush in the mid palate. Blood orange, tons of citrus throughout. Pairing with Halibut braised in coconut milk and ginger, cilantro garnish. — 9 years ago

I aged this wine for 3 years as recommended and, wow, Josh Klapper's pinots are smooth and luscious with red currant reduced berry and the gentlest tannins that just spread and spice the tongue. Love! — 8 years ago
