Special Cuvée Mendocino Chardonnay

Pale straw gold. Straw, baked quince, and white pepper on the nose and palate. Fresh (medium plus) acidity surrounded by a medium full palate. Medium, kinda shoesy finish. Made for food. Drink up now.

Pale straw gold. Blousey nose of citrus, minerals, and quince. Medium body palate confirms the nose with a bit of birch zing. Finish is medium in length and gives white peppery pome. The rare California Chardonnay that I will seek out. Great compliment to a wide variety of foods.

Pale straw gold. Poses and citrus rinds on the nose, plus that nice hint of balsa on the palate. Full body with medium plus acidity makes this an excellent food wine.

Pale straw. Green apple, lemon on the nose. Underripe pineapple, mineral lemon, white pepper, balsa on the palate. Medium plus acidity. Medium long, minerally finish. Very food friendly.

Buttery, lemony, limey, with vibrant acidity. Decent chard.
