Tobacco, leather, dark dark cherry, blueberry, wild mushroom on the nose. Medium/strong tannins. Excellent smooth finish. Bright cherry (typical Italian), Coca-Cola, dark chocolate on the palate. Barolo is Barolo. It rarely disappoints and this certainly is a fine example.

Oct 7th, 2017First Barolo I've ever experienced! Boy is it BIG!!! Amber-red due to the extensive aging. Notes of port-soaked raisins, dried fruit, balanced tannins & smooth on the finish. Powerful wine - decanted for 5+ hours! Lovely...
