Did not find this to be anywhere near as enjoyable as the first time around. Potentially because it was the 7th Cellar Door of the day the first time tried, potentially becauase it was served chilled. Found there to be minimal influence from the Gamay served at room temp. Notes of sour cherries, soil, rhubarb compote and smelt like my grandpas hayshed
