Really interesting wine. Prosecco fermented in the bottle. Toasty (obviously) really fine mousse and super dry. Great aperitif.

bubbly, bubbles are small and coat glass, cloudy, surprisingly chalky, light in color, feels like Germany by a cold river, daytime, fine like silky threads , could drink a lot, peach and dessert at the end
