Very nice. A fino for those who normally want something richer. Nutty, briney with some leather.

Pure, delicate and light-bodied. Notes of Yellow apples, almonds, asparagus, oysters.

Spicy and nice, I choose equipo navazos though

Richer than your average Fino. Bitter herbs and hazelnuts. Lemon curd. Apple.

Drank this in the summer - really full-on and rich. Almost too much for a fino style (pushes boundaries a bit, not for the faint hearted) but magnificent in its own way
