The Cup & Rings Rias Baixas Albariño

Beautiful Albariño from Norrel Robertson (@escoces_volante). Understated peach, stone fruit as well as some citrus and almond blossom on the nose. The palate shows it means business, but not in volume. It's not a quick quaffer; the concentrated mid palate and salty tang with a slight almond bitterness make it more than that. The acidity seems hidden at first, but is definitely there to finish every sip and to make you want more.
