Has that creamy blackberry yogurt smell to it..

Loads of mountain saline, pom pithe, fresh green pepper, berry bramble, a hint of coriander, well integrated and firm tannic structure, wafts of kumquat acidity.
A lovely and excellent wine, brought back from my last Mexican trip.

Overinflated price for where I was.. yet!

I had to talk the sommelier after walking through his cellar in Akumal, Mexico to let me have this.

Bouquet of lilacs and fresh cut flowers,
A deeply mysterious body that wove and Darted in between herbs and game. That anise from the Nebbiolo showing through with a tarragon levied by the long oak finish.
Oh yeah.
¡Viva Mexico!
