Some perceived sweetness. Would pair well with juicy ribeye (which wasn't on my menu)

My favorite wine of the BBQ wines pairing with the PDX Weekly wine group! It has enough acid yet with velvety tannins to cut though a vinegar based BBQ sauce. Lovely! Zagat Wine

El Campeador has really been impressing us with these blends. Spanish reds in general are really becoming some of our favorites.
