91° at 8pm calls for (really, really good) Sauvignon Blanc. Has a somewhat NZ flavor profile, but on steroids... a larger than usual frame of white peach, lime, gooseberry, and flint, with a touch hay... props to @Kathleen Ward for helping notice the hay.
