Butterscotch & Bosc pear nose with a little medicinal phenolic that's slightly metallic in a good way if you know what I mean and I know you know who you are. Oak and malo skillfully if a bit heavily deployed. Makes sense for SA chard and this one has more in common with Bourgogne than California but would please a Cali chard lover. Yellow fruit dominates the palate along with yeasty flavors, vanilla and smoky oak.

Oaked, buttery, tropical fruit. All well integrated, all affordable, all delicious. A little oxidized nuttiness if you're willing to dig! I dig.
