Pretty bottle but losing the fight fast. One of the last things I bought from Storyteller Wine Shop. Earthy nose fell away to a soft aged wild strawberry sliding into iodine. Definitely headed on the way out but still holds tanin and acid just not balanced anymore. Food helps but not enough to save the wine.

Slightly hazy garnet color in the glass. Nose of tart cherry and cedar. Juicy acidity, medium low tannins. Dark cherry, slight tar on the palate. Excellent companion to cheap beef stroganoff. Drink up though.
