Inaugural vintage by Torres Acosta from a plot on Etna’s eastern slope. A lovey wine! Very clearly carricante from the eastern slope, creamy and saline, very clean and classico in its finish… much more focused and also typical than the versante nord bianco (it’s been a couple years since i’ve had one of those, too). Definitely will be a hit w chardonnay drinkers, lovers of white burg. And again, 2020 a great vintage for sicily!
