Would love to stock this in the cellar. I'm a huge Sancerre lover. Enough acidity to spank someone with and minerality to sprinkle like fairy dust. Amazing wine.

2007 & 2009

Edmond Vatan, Sancerre is one of the most classic names in the region. Unfiltered S Blanc at its best. Wont be surprised to see it shining in 15 years. Awesome juice, even better with a Crottin de Chavignol.

Very plush and open. Quite soft. Broad fruit and accommodating, but lacks distinction and acid

Bigger than typical for Vatan. ABV 15%. Long life ahead for this wine!

My favorite SB. If you can find it, buy it. If it's on a list, order it. Really a wine of perfection. You deserve it.
