Staying at McMenamins Crystal Hotel this weekend to see Wolf Alice. Our welcome gift was this wonderful Blanc de Noirs bottle of bubbles from their private label winery. Apple, pear, orange blossom and white pepper on the nose. Very crisp and clean with hints of yeast roundness and pomelo with pie spice on the palate. Delicious.
