If you’re going to make easy-going hipster swill, Viognier is admittedly a smart variety to use - the floral and fruity elements are hard to quash. There are microbial characters at work here, but the VA isn’t too bad - this must have been a fresh bottle. No doubt about it though, drink this up quick.

2019 vintage. Definitely some funk and hazy, but also has overt floral and fruit going on. Overipe pear, apricot, lemon curd, sage, Brett bandaid, rotten gardenia petal. Probably the most hipster wine I've ever had.

Interesting natural wine. Some funk in the nose, but pretty mild for natural wine. Nice tartness, fresh and enjoyable lemon taste. Couldn’t drink this often, but a nice change up.

Really nice simple cab franc and shockingly cheap at $15. It’s not very excessively bold or peppery that I find with other cab franc’s. Highly recommend buying a couple bottles for when guests come over.
