Floral nose, somewhat sour up front with a tart fruitiness behind. A pinch of dryness. A fairly bold white, as Sauvignon Blancs often seem to be. Pairs well with dinner and is also okay on its own. We drank with a mild tomato-meat pasta, and it did well.
