The 2019 Côtes-du-Roblas is 43% grenache blanc, 43% roussanne and 14% viogner. The wine gets lively aromatics from the viognier Plus some acidity from the Grenache and texture from the roussanne. Lemon, white peach, wet stone, Blossom and acacia mingle on the palate. The wine is off-dry so it pairs well with spicy dishes and still has enough acidity for grilled chicken or fish. Still it’s a little on the simple side with a medium finish. Pleasant

Great blend. Sweetness of the Viognier stands out with a dry, lingering finish....

The best California version of a white Rhone blend I have ever tasted. Excellent wine and excellent value. Great peachy perfume with balanced stony, flinty aftertaste. I drank it with Nashville Spicy Fried Chicken, which was an inspired pairing, but it would also pair well with many Chinese and Indian dishes. Had the 2014 vintage.
