Second vintage of the carbonic Zin, now from the organically farmed estate vineyards in Fiddletown, and bearing a new name - "Zinster"
Lipsmacking, juicy blackberries, green peppercorns, dark chocolate and crush on granite. Chill it & chug it. #glou

Mar 6th, 2017Zin isn't my favorite grape but I do give it respect - this wine has chocolate and a little coffee on top of dark berries and definite but restrained varietal character (not brambly) at 5 yrs old. Yum with pasta and red sauce and YUM with chocolate cake!

Nov 2nd, 2014Very smooth! Had this with a great friend and a great dry-aged boneless rib-eye that we seasoned and broiled ourselves. Great Zin flavor and balanced with the alcohol. Must have!
