Dec 13th, 2015Savage raspberry and blackberry with funky edges and a metallic minerality. Beautifully crafted Beaujolais that is at once juicy and quaffable and yet has depth and concentration. There is a natural funk to it but not overly bretty, just this living savage tension that underlies the juicy texture. Damn good juice!
