Dolcetto d'Alba

More body than I expected from Dolcetto! Paired nicely with gnocchi with goat cheese, veggies, and tomato sauce.

Nice dolcetto, Brooklyn Wine Exchange says this is producer that treats it more like Nebbiolo with where they plant it and process

TART. Bit gassy at first. Blows off. Serve with rich food.

Fruity, great viscosity, totally great with grilled chicken for lunch!

TART! Medium body, high acidity, more earthy as it’s a Barbera D’Alba (as opposed to Barbera D’Asti). Really enjoy.
