E. Guigal
Lieu-Dit Saint-Joseph Syrah
This vintage has reached its optimum drinking time in my opinion - I can't imagine it getting any better. Super creamy, dusty raspberry with a little vanilla. So delicious. Very well done @Philippe Guigal

Jul 25th, 2014This wine was heat damaged. It seems like a running theme with Guigal in Georgia. Every time have have these wines in other states they're stunning. For some reason they always seem to be heat damaged here. Wine pooled on the top of the cork and under the label. Lame as hell
