Truly remarkable! Bright liquid caramel apple with vibrant acidity and lightness in weight to balance the robustness of twinkling flavors that light up the palate.

Really like how this wine is showing. A super complex little blend. Using it as a teaching tool tonight and showing fabulously as it opens up.

Holy cow. This has so much complexity and depth for its relative young age. The golden color it had was gorgeous. Absolutely stellar.

2026: Lush, full-bodied Rhône Syrah. Lots of typical black fruits, herbs and distinctive black olive undertones. Subtle tannins - this is drinking well and leans toward smoothness and complexity over power. $70 at WT.

Pineapple, yellow stonefruit, fudge, vanilla and a scent of luxurious oak barrels on the nose. Very low acidity, fat, waxy texture, big bodied with a long, hot, alcoholic finish. Clearly not a wine of my taste, but the quality is obvious.
