Great nose. Rich and viscous in the mouth. Medium finish.

Classic Rhone but nothing more

Gorgeous, bloody, powerful, outstanding. Super masculine tonight, in this vintage.

This stole the show. Everything aged La Mouline should be with plenty of smoked meat, coffee and dark fruit on the nose. Got better after being opened an hour

Ruby orange hue, clear rim, great nose of moist soil, truffles, burnt embers. Still good fruit, roasted meat, blackberry.

"Stayin Alive".....absolutely incredible. Two bottles of the 1987 decanted about an hour before Rosh Hashanah dinner. Def one of the greatest wines so far...

Blood and iron on the nose - very prominent. Some Asian spice and anise as well on the nose. Body is tasty and the spice keeps it fresh - though slightly beginning to tire. Wine is solid to strong, but ready to drink now.

Bloody and iron. Less elegant than the 85 but still awesome
