Really drinkable now. A little blurry though.

This was much better than our last bottle which was unfortunately over the hill. This was a proper mature brunello, drinking very well. Good structure, yet soft and easy to drink. Went great with dinner. No bite and not overpowering. Really just perfect for a 19 year old wine.

A bit of funk at first but after open and decanted for a few hours developed to be much more enjoyable. #sangiovese #brunellodimontalcino

Gets better year over year. Traditional versus modern style is an ongoing battle in the region. Not here!
