Not my speed, but well made. Tastes a lot better than it smells. Where the nose is plush and overbearing (the usual jammy Cabernet), it tastes like a bitter and acidic expression of the same fruits. That makes it a little more enjoyable for me. A gift from sweet friends.

A perfect everyday cab. Light in body, fruity (raspberry, chery, plum) and light oak. Doesn't need to breath long. Medium length. Low acid.

The nose is incredible. Fruity, jammy, spicy, vanilla, blueberry pie with buttery crust. Palate is silky with soft tannins and notes of vibrant red and black fruit, cherries, blackberries and dates. Slight herbal undertones of bay leaf and thyme. Oak presence intensifies after an hour or so. This is Thanksgiving in a glass. The short finish is balanced with black fruits and savory herbs. Really tasty, easy drinking Cab that's a nice change of pace from a traditional Cab.
