Light in color. Smells of berries and minerals. Its taste is fruity like mix berry jam, it has oak, slate/shale flavors. If you let it sit it brings a chocolate flavor. Flavors are short lived but the wine draws you in for more. — 9 years ago

Big body, tasting cherries plum minerals, earthy. A fruity nose. Some bite, low acid. Long lasting with chocolate/tobacco flavor.

I got it on the cheap, thought about aging for a couple years prior to opening. 4yrs old is good maybe a 6-10 yrs may be better.
