Pale lemon-green. The nose is very expressive and it shows youthful aromas of tropical fruit like mango, herbaceous notes of fresh grass and green bell pepper and hints of asparagus. The wine is dry in the mouth, crisp, fresh, well-balanced and concentrated. Very fruit-driven with a long finish. It is a very good quality wine. Its lingering finish and remarkable fruit concentration balanced by the acidity is enough to justify it, however it is quite simple aromatically. The typical mid-market clean and well-focused NZ Sauvignon Blanc. Drink now, unless you like very developed SB with loads of asparagus notes.
