Here one that cheats the high price wine system: $12 @ Costco. Well rounded. Balanced. Smooth. Sure to please. I'd march it against any Malbec under $30. There are some more peppery, but not any smoother. Good for friends just being introduced to the wonderful world of Argentinian Malbecs.
