A complex and sumptuous wine. Rhubarb, cranberry, cherries, red currants, crushed violets, mint. Leather, mocha, fennel bulb, iron ore, nutmeg, cinnamon. Expressive from start to finish. Velvety tannins. Fills the entire palate while being bright and energetic. Is drinking just as well if not better on the 2nd day. I’m so proud of this wine. Not much made, but I hope you enjoy it if you get your hands on some. Per usual, I can’t bring myself to score my own wine. Cheers.
