2022/7/9-10 with chicken with white wine and tarragon, Kenji Lopez-Alt’s roasted potatoes, etc. This had a lovely, pure nose - high toned with citrus, flowers, minerals and a touch of sweet spice - with an invitingly juicy palate on day 1. On day 2 it was slightly looser and in a more overtly sweet-sour vein, but still tasty.
