This may be my second favorite Aligote after Coche-Dury. Not as opulent as Coche but good complexity, great precision. (I've got Ponsot and Leroy ordered. What other Aligotes need to be tasted?)

Gorgeous acidity and minerality that plays very well with seafood and crudo. Notes of melon rind and white pepper.

Slightly under ripe melons with a hint of white pepper. Lighter mouthfeel than Villaine's Bouzeron. Nice acidity.
