New producer with a beautiful tasting room in San Louis Obispo a first for that town of students and beer. Cherry, lime and crushed marble at 12.5%. Like a good Bourgogne. Needs 1-2 more years in the bottle. Well made! A producer to watch. His Albariño was also very good.
