In honor of Eric Dunham's untimely passing. Truly tragic. Nose of cherries, blue fruit, smoke, and earth. Red fruit, earth, and pepper in the mouth. A bit hollow mid-palate. Lacking much tannic structure but overall very pleasant.

Robust fruit notes dominated this wine. Paired with dry salami, Vermont smoked cheddar, and an aged muenster. Excellent!!!

2011 vintage. Nice cocktail of dark fruit accentuated by the 6% Syrah. Lacks acidity and tannins. Great with hot and spicy food. $20 gd

Thanksgiving 2014. Took quite some time to finally open up - fruity and oaky. Drinkable, but nothing too amazing. May need to give it another chance.
