A completely different style of cab franc that was screaming Tuscany more than the grape variety -although some of the greener savoury hallmarks of cab franc came through as the wine opened up in the glass. Remarkably polished and well made this was harmonious and smooth savoury yet rich, a darker fruit profile and more full bodied. Surprised it was unoaked, will change your opinion on cab franc incredible vfm too!
