Fresh juicy strawberries. Very very pale red with vibrant peachy orange rim. More close to a rose than a true red. Great for summer

Duchman Family Winery Reddy Vineyard Sangiovese 2019: Light-bodied. Low acidity. Low tannins. Nice red fruit flavors of cherry, strawberry & pomegranate with some mild hints of spice & oak. This is a Texas wine made from 100% Texas grapes. Definitely not your typical Sangiovese wine. For me, this wine was more of a summer aperitif, chicken or fish wine instead of a grilled steak, due to its missing Sangiovese complexity & depth; characteristics you’d expect from this grape variety but then again, the grape is taking on the expressions of where it grows, the local terroir! Regardless, a great wine if you are willing to explore other US wine regions. Great weekend to all! Cheers🍷

Not excited about this Sangiovese, however, there is a suttle floral aroma. A bit light on body with hints of raspberry to the palate yet finishes dry with decent tannins.

I liked the crap out of this one. Fruit forward, easy on the palate.
