Very nice. Bouquet dusty white pepper on a cedar plank. Velvety deep dark blackberry and black and green pepper corns . Hints of mocha. Nicely balanced.

Briary, with the Petite Sirah adding to its spicy heft. The fruit is fresh and wild, and the alcohol moderate (for the category) at 13.5%. A nice entry-level Zin that may benefit from age.

Jun 20th, 2014I loved this Zin. Deep purple, dry with a smooth finish. This is close to the Ridge Zins that are my favorites.
