Fumé Blanc Dry Sonoma County Sauvignon Blanc

Quite nice with pan fried trout ($14). Citrusy Sauvignon Blanc with light acidity and minerality.

Lemon and green apple aromatics. Fresh. Pear. Mineraly. Acidic. Clean. Astringent. A bit watery. Low body, high alcohol. Good not great.

Had a glass at a friends and really enjoyed. I thought it compares well and maybe even outshines other offerings of fume blanc in this price range.

Has a bit of a sour taste.

Exceptional. Light and grassy with a touch of apple and cream.

Went great with shrimp n grits!
