2010 vintage. Almost tawny coloured. Browning. Earthy, mushroom, Burgundian and ripe. Some medicinal notes and some real depth here. Savoury and appealing. On the palate, joyous. Pronounced concentration, delicious acidity, medium plus body, medium alcohol. Medium minus tannins - fine grained. Red fruits - plums, cherries, cranberries, ripe. Fruit is sweet but the overall effect is savoury. Long finish. Wow. A great wine, especially for the Burgundy lovers.
