After a day trying to keep up with a 7 year old biking along the Elk River my wife and I decided to stop at the Bridge Bistro and have a sandwich and adult beverage. This IPA"Fat Tug" from Drift Wood Brewery in Victoria, BC. Is in my humble opinion the "Gold Standard" for BC IPAs. 🇨🇦🍻

On a hot BC night it doesn't get any better than having a cold Fat Tug IPA in a frosted mug. Enjoy!

Finally had the opportunity to sample this lush IPA from Victoria, B.C. 🍺🇨🇦

Pours a hazy straw colour with adequate froth.

Fragrant aroma of grapefruit, mango, melon and light malt.

Taste of melon and grapefruit stand out, sharp and dry with some grainy malt.

Overall a superbly crafted IPA - great taste and balance for a strong IPA.
