Acidity and sweetness do not balance out, to sweet for me.

Decent Riesling: great QPR but definitely has RS tho - round expressive nose of some yellow citrus and yellow pitted fruits, honeyed and generous. Zippy acidity w/rounded edges, this goes down easy and holds together well thru finish.

A pale yellow in color, this riesling has light smell right off the bat. The body is light and has a pleasantly lingering flavor to it.
Strong citrus and tropical flavors with what seemed to be apple or pear hints make this a wonderful wine to drink on its own or with lighter meals.
Definitely not for red sauces or red/game meats but white fish and birds pair nicely. Goes well with salad and softer cheeses, when pairing with chocolate, smooth dark (54% cocao) seems to be the best choice.
Best when chilled before serving.

Sweet like dessert, nice for post-dinner sipping.
