A pale yellow in color, this riesling has light smell right off the bat. The body is light and has a pleasantly lingering flavor to it.
Strong citrus and tropical flavors with what seemed to be apple or pear hints make this a wonderful wine to drink on its own or with lighter meals.
Definitely not for red sauces or red/game meats but white fish and birds pair nicely. Goes well with salad and softer cheeses, when pairing with chocolate, smooth dark (54% cocao) seems to be the best choice.
Best when chilled before serving. — 8 years ago

This wine has an interesting body on the nose. It doesn't come off strong or with sharp notes of really much the golden yellow color helps bring the glass an appealing look.
Then flavors are round and almost like inhaling the scent of rubber balls. There is a wonderful pineapple and tropical citrus notes as long as a smooth mildly lingering pear flavor thst makes me as the drinker want more.
The wine leaves the gums tingle from the acidity and alcohol in an ever so slightly pleasant way that leaves a flavor of almost a mix of fruity gummy bears.
The alcohol is not strong on the nose or tongue and while it was delicious when chilled it was also an excellent wine at room temperature (in this case the room was 65°). — 8 years ago
The tangy blueberries are wonderfully blended with the grapes giving this wine a wonderfully fruity and full bodied flavor.
The color is a lovely pinkish red that has a hint of the purple/red blueberries are known for.
Though the wine is sweeter, I would say it's closer to a medium body and pairs well with steak.
Chilled seems to bring out fuller blueberry flavors. — 8 years ago

Strong on the nose, full flavor, round tannins — 8 years ago
This pale yellow wine offers a wonderful change to what I normally expect when it comes to normal chardonnay wines.
Lightly oaked with nice bouquets of apples, pears, and citrus this bright, tingling wine left me wanting more.
After each sip it left me with a bitter, astringent flavor to my mouth that made me want to suck in my breath like sucking on a sour apple slice or a lime slice.
This was excellent on its own, I'm sure it would go well with chicken as well. — 8 years ago
