Silver Eagle Vineyard Pinot Noir

A beautiful, ripe expression of the Sonoma Coast. Lavender and pressed rose petals, with juicier blue tones. Round without ever being, heavy handed - a perfect summertime red.

After much anticipation I wasn't let down. Notes of rich, extracted dark fruit, dates, black cherry, freshly plowed organic soil. Satiny-smooth finish.

Fantastic effort...Mike Hirby crushed it on this vintage. Enjoy w/ chocolate truffles.

Cranberry, strawberry, raspberry, earth, mushroom, spice and pine needles. M+ acid, m body, m- tannin. Lean, red fruit, but creamy. Balanced. M/long finish.

Making a Trout Almandine and thought this would go nicely. Finished it before the trout to have to pick something else. Very nice on the dark fruit side.
