Super interesting wine. Paired with schnitzel and German potato salad. Unlike anything we have tried before. Meyer lemon, soft hints of honeysuckle and peach. Sweeter than we normally drink but really tasty. The acidity does balance out the sweetness like others have said. Has a little bit of effervescence like a vinho verde. Enjoyed this one and would drink again. This one was the first one we have tried, so I don’t have anything to compare it to.
