Fresh cut rubber hose, white flowers, and canned peach on the nose. On the palate the first attack was rounded soft mineral water. Then it came with dark raisins, sweet but not too much. By dark I mean it feels a little caramelized. Finally some powerful acidity and heat showed up, but the acidity got smoothed out quickly. Mineral finish with touches of sweetness.
