Juicy, fruity and perfumed, with balanced sweetness. Excellent food wine but also a fine aperitif or anytime drink. With only 8.5 ABV, this wine is perfect for summer day-drinking. Enjoyed this gem at the Black Sheep restaurant in Santa Barbara.

I’ve always loved a good riesling. I feel like this one is the perfect balance of crisp and dry with with a smooth non artificial blend of sweetness. Personal favourite so far!
