Clear, still, no sediment, pale yellow, citrus and green apples, same for palate. Extremely dry for a German Riesling. It really needs food; any seafood, cheese, or chicken dish. Medium + finish with a lot of acidity. If dry wine is your desire, you will love this Riesling.
